Our volunteers play an integral role in bringing our projects to life, and your involvement can help us achieve our shared goals of creating a more inclusive and equitable society.
As a DRI volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in various activities and events that celebrate diversity, promote understanding, and empower minoritised communities. Whether you’re passionate about community development, cultural exchange, or education, we have a place for you.

As an Events Volunteer, you will assist in organising and running events that bring people together to share food, stories, and creativity while celebrating diverse cultural backgrounds.
You’ll support DRI by helping with setup on the day, providing hands-on support, and packing away afterward.
As an Administration Volunteer, you’ll manage records and databases, arrange meetings, and aid staff in project-based tasks.
You’ll also handle bookings, assist with invoicing, and address enquiries, while also supporting our promotional efforts and event organisation.
As a Marketing Volunteer, you will assist in scheduling social media posts, printing promotional materials, and contributing ideas to improve the website and create engaging content.
This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing initiatives.
