Leadership and Enterprise

DRI mentors and trains future leaders and business owners from diverse ethnic backgrounds. We want to support the development of strong role models from under-represented groups.

Training and Workshops

We offer a range of training aimed at supporting organisations to implement their equality, diversity and inclusion policies; as well as training for community members, developed to lay the foundation for a fulfilling new career.

Community Research

We engage in research into the experiences of marginalised communities and make sure that the communities are fed back to. Our aim is to ensure that all the projects we undertake result in a positive change for society and a reduction in inequalities.

Newsletters

Our newsletters serve as a tool for providing an overview of our activities, highlight key achievements, and showcase the efforts we are making to address pressing issues and support ethnically minoritised communities.

We share updates about the projects and activities we are working on through our social media platforms. Through these channels, you can actively participate in our mission and share your thoughts!
